Transparent, from day one
Fees & funded hours
No registration fee. No deposit. One flat private rate. And full support claiming every funded hour you're entitled to.
Government-funded hours, explained
15 hours a week — every 3 and 4 year old. From the term after your child's third birthday, they're automatically entitled to 15 funded hours per week (term time), regardless of whether you work.
Up to 30 hours a week — eligible working families. Working parents who meet the government's earnings criteria can claim up to 30 funded hours. Many 2 year olds also qualify for funded places — through the working-parent entitlement or through additional support criteria.
The quickest way to check what you're entitled to is childcarechoices.gov.uk. Bring us your eligibility code and we'll take care of the rest of the paperwork with you.
Session times
All sessions run Monday to Friday, term time. Session times are designed so drop-off and pick-up don't clash with school runs:
- Morning session: 9.15am – 12.15pm (15 hours a week)
- Afternoon session: 12.45pm – 3.45pm (15 hours a week)
- Full time: 9.15am – 3.15pm (30 hours a week)
Other options may be available subject to availability, but not less than 15 hours a week.
Our private rate
Hours beyond your funded entitlement cost a flat £10 per hour — the same at every branch, with no hidden extras and no additional charges for funded places. Fees are reviewed annually in April.
Payment terms
- Fees are paid four weeks in advance, by bank transfer to the company account (received at least 3 working days before your child starts).
- Late payments incur a £20 fee.
- We're closed on bank holidays and for Eid — we don't charge for these days.
- Snacks and nappies are provided by parents and aren't covered by fees.
- Refunds aren't given for absence due to illness or family holidays.
- Four weeks' written notice is required to withdraw your child — including when they're offered a school place.
Late collection
If you're delayed, always call the branch — things happen and we'll make sure your child is settled and cared for. Late collection is charged at £15 per 15 minutes (or part thereof), for funded and fee-paying children alike.
